well, for this club, we will run everything via how many thousands of hollows you destroy (points). there will be a ranking system which goes as follows:

1-10 H = 10th seat
11-20 H = 9th seat
21-30 H = 8th seat
31-40 H = 7th seat
41-50 H = 6th seat
51-60 H = 5th seat
61-70 H = 4th seat
71-80 H = 3rd seat
81-100H = vice captain
100+ M = captain / bankai

*H=hollow
**100H = 1M (menos)

you get lots of points and you can do things. for starters, when you join the club, i will assign you into a squad. once you get 10 points and are able to move up in rank, you can then chose which squad you want unless that squad is full.

points will be distributed as follows.

that's right! you get one whole point for joining.
advertisement!!!
i will check everyone's page out approx 1 week after they join, if i find our icon in your journal, you get an extra point.
submitting
you get 1H for every pic you submit.
contests!!!
1st = 5 points
2nd= 3 points
3rd = 2 points
submitting = 2 points
trivia!!!
i will send out notes with a trivia Q and whoever answers correctly will get few points... depending upon the difficulty of the Q. (will only be up to the most recent anime)
roll call!!!
i will post up a journal every so often asking for a roll call, if you respond with a comment in that journal within a day, you will get a point or two... depending upon my mood. so make me happy ^__^
